Who We Help

Trust, process quality and operational discipline aren't extras in this work. They're the product.

PoseidongrooveAI is designed for owner-managed B2B service firms that can already see AI's potential but need a more structured route from experimentation to practical value. The best fit is a business with meaningful workflow complexity, leadership attention, and a clear need for governance as well as productivity.

Our first focus

Specialist professional and compliance services.

This includes accountancy, bookkeeping, compliance-led advisory, insurance brokerage, Independent Financial Advisers, regulated support services and other specialist firms where knowledge work, repeatable processes and client trust are central to delivery. These businesses are often well suited to AI adoption, but they also face greater pressure to maintain consistency, confidentiality and oversight.

Adjacent fit areas

Two further segments we serve well.

01

Testing, inspection & certification

Particularly where reporting, evidence handling and governed decision support are core to service delivery.

02

Specialist wholesale & distribution

Where workflow redesign, internal productivity and process-heavy commercial operations create clear use cases.

You're likely a strong fit if
  • You lead a UK owner-managed or partner-led B2B services firm.
  • You employ roughly 10 to 100 people.
  • Your business has already seen informal or uneven AI usage internally.
  • You want clearer priorities, not a generic innovation presentation.
  • You care about governance, quality, confidentiality and commercial outcomes.
We're probably not the right fit if
  • You want software procurement only.
  • You have no meaningful sponsor or leadership attention on the issue.
  • You're looking for a low-cost training workshop with no implementation intent.
  • You need large-enterprise procurement and systems-integration support from day one.
Common questions

Frequently asked questions.

Do you work with firms outside professional and compliance-led services?

Our first focus is specialist professional and compliance services, such as accountancy, insurance brokerage and Independent Financial Advisers. We also work well with testing, inspection and certification firms, and specialist wholesale and distribution businesses, where workflow complexity and governed decision-making are central.

What size of firm do you typically work with?

Most clients are UK owner-managed or partner-led B2B services firms with roughly 10 to 100 people.

Do we need to already be using AI to work with you?

No, but many clients have already seen informal or uneven AI usage internally and want clearer priorities rather than a generic innovation presentation.

Is this just software procurement or training?

No. We are not the right fit if you want software procurement only, or a low-cost training workshop with no implementation intent. Our work is structured advisory with a clear route to operational change.

What is the pricing model?

The Readiness Diagnostic is a fixed fee. Deployment Advisory and Practice Building are structured as advisory and retainer engagements, with rates available on request based on scope.

How long does a typical engagement last?

The Readiness Diagnostic is a short, fixed-fee engagement producing a written roadmap. Deployment Advisory and Practice Building run as ongoing retainer engagements, typically on a rolling quarterly basis.

What happens after the Readiness Diagnostic?

You receive a written view of your highest-value use cases, readiness gaps and a prioritised 90-day roadmap. Many clients then move into Deployment Advisory to put that roadmap into production, though there is no obligation to continue.
